And my PC is definitely connected to the internet as I am able to send and receive mail through Outlook,& I downloaded an album via iTunes. Other programs are running fine too. I tried restarting my computer. I cleared my cookies etc (just in case) I ran my anti-virus scan I disabled my Windows firewall I re-set my Firefox None of this has worked.
