Oct 22, 2017 · Here's an update of what I've found out so far regarding the use of services.msc to restart AVG Secure VPN: After launching services.msc as an administrator, I can turn on AVG Secure VPN when I am in the Guest account (BTW, before trying to launch services.msc, I need to make sure that the AVG Secure VPN icon is in the system tray, or things don't work).
