The log says that the file I tried to mail myself was changed to me@mydomain.com I did not recieve the file in my mail so I copied the saved sendmail fiile back to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf disabled/enable sendmail - tried to mail a file from root to oracle on the system and that did not work - so not sure what to do now.
