Jan 19, 2016 · Exchanged my 1st Big Tab, 2nd tablet was plagued with the screen not staying off also, plus the battery would not charge (Googling this shows to be a large problem from Nabi). So we just decided to return it and get our money back since the support and build quality seems to be very poor. Thanks again for your help.
Sometimes an unresponsive screen can be due to outdated software. To update your Nabi 2’s software, ensure you are connected to wifi and enter mommy/daddy mode.
